Planbet Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

By accessing, browsing or using the Planbet platform in any way — whether through the website, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Planbet.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Planbet. They apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, crash games, Teen Patti and all promotions. These Terms should be read alongside the Planbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.

Planbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Planbet website. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

To use Planbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be accessing Planbet on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on Planbet or any other platform where such exclusions are recognised.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director or agent of Planbet or any affiliated company, or a close family member of any such person.

Planbet conducts age verification as part of the account creation and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to provide documents confirming your identity and age before withdrawal requests can be processed. Planbet reserves the right to request age verification at any point during your use of the platform.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited. Planbet takes under-age gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation related to it.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Planbet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for keeping your Planbet login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Planbet will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Planbet account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• KYC Verification: Planbet will require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, or at any other point at Planbet's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID (CNIC) and proof of your payment method.
• Accuracy of Information: Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Planbet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Planbet account to any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions on Planbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Planbet does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount on Planbet is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits processed via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Planbet wallet instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours depending on banking hours.

Planbet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before making a deposit. All deposits must clear through our standard payment channels; Planbet does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified sources.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount on Planbet is Rs 500. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified payment method in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Planbet requires completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a one-time process requiring submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This verification protects your account from unauthorised withdrawals and complies with anti-money-laundering requirements.

• Withdrawal requests submitted on working days are typically processed the same day.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals generally complete within 30 to 60 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfers may take 4 to 8 business hours depending on your bank.
• Planbet does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may.
• Withdrawals are only sent to accounts or wallets in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Planbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, or where there is any doubt about account ownership or the source of funds. This is standard procedure under anti-money-laundering obligations and not a reflection of suspicion directed at any specific player.

Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the withdrawal amount in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

Planbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules that apply across all Planbet promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on a Planbet account at any time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on Planbet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets on settled markets typically contribute 100%. Casino games may contribute at different rates. Crash games contributions are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: All Planbet bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on expiry.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active on your Planbet account, individual bet stakes are subject to a maximum limit. This limit is stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Abuse: Planbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if we believe a promotion is being abused, including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of systematic exploitation.

Bonuses are offered at Planbet's sole discretion. Planbet reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their position protected subject to the original stated terms.

All bets placed on Planbet are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport or market rules take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number is issued by Planbet. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market on Planbet has a minimum and maximum stake. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, event or market type.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that will be applied to your wager.
• Void bets: Planbet reserves the right to void bets where the odds or terms were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's Planbet wallet.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets on Planbet are subject to a slight delay in acceptance as odds are updated in real time. Planbet accepts no liability for delays in internet connection that may affect in-play bet placement.
• Results: The result of a market on Planbet is determined by the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport. Planbet's decision on the application of results is final.
• Match abandonment: In cases where a match or event is abandoned before completion, Planbet applies standard industry rules as documented in our market-specific sports rules. Generally, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes returned.

Planbet monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to limit, adjust or refuse any bet where unusual activity is detected. This includes — but is not limited to — patterns consistent with arbitrage, match-fixing or manipulation.

All casino games and crash games on Planbet are governed by the rules of the specific game as presented within the game interface. By participating in any game on Planbet you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

Crash games on Planbet — including Aviator, Spaceman and JetX — use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic seed before the round begins. Players can verify individual round outcomes independently. Planbet cannot alter the crash point of any round after betting for that round has opened.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a casino or crash game session on Planbet, the round in question will be voided and the bet returned to the player's wallet, provided the malfunction prevented the round from completing normally. Planbet bears no liability for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer — card deals, roulette spin results and so on — and are final. In the rare case of a clear and verifiable dealer error, Planbet will review the specific round and apply a resolution in line with the applicable game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Planbet. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Planbet, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Using Planbet in connection with any money laundering activity or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means.
• Systematically exploiting promotions or bonuses through arbitrage, bonus abuse or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, casino game or any other game on Planbet.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with Planbet in any way not approved by Planbet.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or any part of Planbet's systems beyond what is available through normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any behaviour — in chat, support messages or anywhere else — that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing toward Planbet staff or other players.
• Placing bets on events where you have material non-public information or where the outcome may have been influenced by corrupt conduct.

Planbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• KYC documents cannot be verified or are found to be falsified.
• A player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A player requests self-exclusion under Planbet's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirements necessitate account restriction.

In cases where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, Planbet reserves the right to forfeit all outstanding balances. In cases where closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons (such as self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance that does not include unexpired bonus funds will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

If you wish to voluntarily close your Planbet account, contact the customer support team. Your account will be closed within two working days of the request being confirmed, and your available real-money balance will be processed for return.

Planbet is committed to responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of every player seriously. We believe gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a financial strategy or a response to stress. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, Planbet has tools and resources to help.

The following responsible gaming features are available to every Planbet account holder at no cost and without penalty:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Planbet account. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will be logged out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a specified period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Set pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your session duration and net activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from Planbet (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Planbet. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months. Contact support to initiate this process.

Planbet does not market to self-excluded players and does not send promotional communications to any player who has used our responsible gaming tools to restrict their activity. For more detail, see the full Responsible Gaming Policy.

Planbet collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Planbet Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms. By using Planbet, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Planbet collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with legal obligations. Planbet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is accessible only to authorised Planbet personnel.

All content on the Planbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, odds compilations, game interfaces and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Planbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Planbet platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any part of the Planbet platform for commercial purposes without Planbet's prior written permission.

The Planbet brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of Planbet and may not be used without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of Planbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Planbet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable, we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the server hosting it is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planbet's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence or any other cause — is limited to the amount of the player's deposited funds in their Planbet account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Planbet is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or business arising from use of the Planbet platform.
• Losses caused by the player's own internet connection, device failure or power outage.
• Delays in bet acceptance or settlement caused by third-party data providers.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Planbet.

Nothing in these Terms limits Planbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Planbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Planbet will notify existing players via the email address registered to their account and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the Planbet platform.

Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. It remains your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continued use of Planbet after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using Planbet and contact support to close your account in accordance with Section 10.
